Case Study research focuses on providing a professional understanding of the impact of specific programs or policies under RttT and how districts have responded. Each OERC partner is responsible for one case study per year.
Investigator Initiated research is initiated by individual researchers and driven by their research interests as they fit the OERC research agenda. The OERC will request proposals and provide funding to the award recipients to conduct these studies. Thus far we have had one request for proposals which occurred during the Summer of 2012.
Requested research occurs in response to an identified agency need regarding research and education in Ohio.
