Caroline Barto

Caroline Barto is a data scientist at the CHRR and OERC. She began her role in the summer of 2022 after graduating from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics with a specialization in Social Science Analytics. Her responsibilities include drafting data sharing agreements, manipulating large administrative datasets from state agencies for research, managing sensitive data to allow record linkage, and weighing survey data. Caroline plans to pursue further education in a few years and to continue to learn from her talented coworkers in the meantime. Outside of work, she enjoys doing crafts (specifically crochet and paint-by-numbers), window shopping, and traveling to the National Parks.
